Product Description

We empower you to carry out your dredging projects efficiently with our refined and optimized design, along with robust performance. HAIDING SHIPYARD cutter suction dredger is equipped with a high-efficiency rotating cutterhead, this equipment can effectively loosen various soil types on riverbeds and seabeds. Thanks to the integrated fluid dynamics optimization design, it rapidly mixes water and sediment into a mud-water mixture with uniformity ≥90%. After being sucked into the pump body through a large-diameter suction pipe (optional diameter of Φ300-Φ800mm), the mixture is transported over long distances via a high-pressure discharge pipe, with a maximum conveying distance of up to 3000 meters. It features strong operational continuity and lower energy consumption compared to the industry average.

Adopting a modular assembly and integrated design, the HAIDING SHIPYARD cutter suction dredge independently completes the entire process of dredging, mud conveying and unloading on-board, without the need for additional auxiliary equipment. Its construction efficiency is over 30% higher than that of traditional equipment, which can significantly shorten the project cycle.Boasting relatively wide scenario adaptability, it can complete dredging operations in inland lakes, coastal ports and inland waterways under conditions of wind force ≤5 levels and flow velocity ≤1.5m/s. With strong soil compatibility, it performs operations in conventional working conditions such as sand, sandy loam and silt (moisture content 60%-80%). After replacing with our customized toothed wear-resistant cutterhead, it can further excavate high-compressive-strength clay. HAIDING SHIPYARD cutter suction dredge offers two core power system options: hydraulic and mechanical. The hydraulically driven version uses imported hydraulic pump units with a speed range of 0-30 rpm and a response time of less than 0.5 seconds, enabling precise control even under complex operating conditions. The mechanically driven version boasts a robust and reliable structure, lower maintenance costs, and is suitable for routine, standardized operation. Furthermore, this series of equipment has passed ISO9001 certification and is also eligible for CCS, BV, RINA, and RS certifications. Key components are warranted for 2 years, and the hull is warranted for 20 years, providing a solid guarantee for the safe and efficient progress of your project.
