The core operating system of the HAIDING SHIPYARD jet suction dredger consists of a high-pressure water pump and a suction pump, which work together to achieve efficient underwater sediment extraction.
The high-pressure water pump delivers high-pressure water to the high-pressure jet device through pipelines. The jet's impact force directly acts on the sediment layer at the bottom, loosening and suspending the solidified or semi-solidified sediment in the water, forming a high-concentration sediment mixture.
The suspended sediment mixture is then drawn into the delivery pipeline through the suction port by the negative pressure adsorption of the suction pump, and finally precisely transported to the designated unloading point or storage facility through the discharge pipeline. The entire operation is completed through a coordinated "high-pressure jet loosening - negative pressure adsorption delivery" model, achieving continuous and efficient sediment extraction.
