Multi-Series Precise Adaptation, Covering Full Load Requirements
• HD-H50 Series: HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons focus on extreme portability, with a single module weight ≤8 tons. It is suitable for light-duty construction platforms (such as inland river bridge maintenance and small equipment transfer), supports multi-unit stacked truck transportation, and meets the needs of short-distance and high-frequency deployment;
• HD-S50 Series: HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons strictly complies with road transportation restrictions, with standardized single-module dimensions. It can be transported independently by ordinary trucks without overwidth permits, making it suitable for the rapid construction of small and medium-sized projects;
• HD-S70 Series: HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons focus on high buoyancy and high strength, achieving maximum load-bearing within compliant transportation dimensions. A single module has a buoyancy ≥50 tons and a concentrated load of 25,000 psf (1206 kPa), suitable for heavy equipment parking and large-scale construction platform construction.
High-Strength Material & Environmentally Friendly Anti-Corrosion, Balancing Durability and Ecological Friendliness
• The main structure is made of CCSB high-strength steel, and the deck adopts patented roll-formed high-strength steel. The surface is embossed to form anti-slip lines with a friction coefficient ≥0.8, preventing personnel and equipment from slipping;
• The interior of HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons are sprayed with domestic environmentally friendly bio-friendly anti-rust paint, free of heavy metals, and has passed national maritime environmental certification; the exterior adopts domestic composite zinc-aluminum anodes combined with independently developed HD-800 marine anti-corrosion coating, with a dry film thickness ≥300μm. The anti-corrosion life of underwater parts is ≥15 years, and up to 20 years in freshwater environments;
• The module splicing joints adopt a double-web reinforcement design, with arc transitions at corners to disperse stress. The structural safety factor is ≥1.8, capable of withstanding Grade 8 wind and waves (wind speed ≤20.7m/s).

Flexible Splicing + Convenient Transportation, Doubling Deployment Efficiency
• HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons adopt an integrated locking system, allowing modules to be spliced arbitrarily side-to-side, end-to-end, or end-to-side. It can be quickly combined into various platform shapes such as rectangular and special-shaped, adapting to different operating scenarios;
• Each module is equipped with an embedded lifting shackle at the center. The single-point lifting design simplifies the loading and unloading process, and a 2-person team with special tools can complete the assembly of a single module in ≤2 hours;
• Optimized transportation adaptability: The HD-S50 Series supports the transportation of 2 modules at a time by ordinary trucks, and the HD-S70 Series can be transported by overwidth step-deck trucks, with transportation efficiency twice that of traditional integral pontoons.

HAIDING SHIPYARD Modular pontoons have passed the certification of ten major classification societies (complying with the "Rules for the Construction of Steel Vessels for Inland and Coastal Services") and obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. All module drawings have been reviewed by authoritative institutions to ensure operational compliance; it has a built-in emergency protection system, and the module's sealing level reaches IP67. Short-term immersion (≤1m) does not affect structural safety, meeting the strict safety requirements of marine operations.

After installing spud legs for fixation, it serves as a pier pouring operation surface, bearing concrete pump trucks and construction equipment. • For shoal dredging projects, splice HD-H50 Series modules into a lightweight transfer platform to transport sediment with dredging equipment, eliminating the need for large ships and reducing the difficulty of operations in shallow water areas.
Marine Engineering Assistance
• In coastal wind power projects, combine HD-S70 Series modules into a large-scale operation platform to carry wind turbine tower pre-installation equipment and lifting tools. The platform can be flexibly displaced by thrusters, adapting to the construction needs of different machine positions;
• In submarine pipeline laying projects, splice HD-S50 Series modules into a welding operation platform, equipped with a positioning system to ensure pipeline docking accuracy.
